Unprofessional service, lack of professionalism by staff when dealing with property viewings, poor customer service by Mark Meyer who didn't even afford the time or decency to respond to our email when we hi lighted shortcomings in the service being provided by his staff.

Hello, I am sorry - i did not realise that this review was here or i would have responded immediately. I am very sorry not to have responded as you say but as a learning catalyst, since this situation we have learned to offer each client the chance to review us and therefore shown that when something has gone wrong we have been able to listen and quickly learn from it.
As a local family business we are only here to try our very best for clients and we do sometimes make mistakes, we did make an error on this occasion and apologise for this unreservedly.

No shortcomings whatsoever in our dealing with Mark and his team, as our property went live with Meyers on Friday night and by the following Weds was sold for the full asking price!
From initial chat with Mark, to follow up and brief with Jamie, all aspects of the mundane process of moving were undertaken in a friendly and positive manner and you could actually get to speak to someone at the weekend when many other estate agents were tucked up in bed.
