avoid them!!! the "customer" service is non existing. If you try to complain they refuse to do anything.
The top of the iceberg was when they tried to access the flat without any further notice. (due to maintenance check)
but when I confront them with this they lied about sending me an email. But they were unable to show me a proof of that email. Rude, unprofessional, expensive = Faulkner property

Nearly twenty years of growth suggest that Faulkner are providing a service of highest quality demanded by landlords. As ever if there is an issue you have with any part of our service the best way is to talk to someone about it rather than hide behind annonomous posts on a web site. I suggest you call managing director on 01908 321200 if you want to express your opinion and have a considered discussion.
