avoid them!!! the "customer" service is non existing. If you try to complain they refuse to do anything.
The top of the iceberg was when they tried to access the flat without any further notice. (due to maintenance check)
but when I confront them with this they lied about sending me an email. But they were unable to show me a proof of that email. Rude, unprofessional, expensive = Faulkner property
