I I had never used Pace Estate Agents before , but decided to use them based on what they aspired to delivering on their website, and of course what I had read about them in relation to reviews. I do often take what companies say they intend to deliver with a pinch of salt, hoping for a good service, of course, but rarely expecting excellence, but in the case of Pace and the staff I dealt with I was wrong. All involved delivered beyond my expectation!

My first dealings with Pace involved a property survey and suggestion of price by Marcus. I asked if he was confident the property would sell at the price suggested and he replied he was a "100 percent confident". Now that's a big statement to deliver when a client wants re-assurance, but I have to say Marcus clearly knows his craft ,because within a few weeks after a number of viewings I got the price I was looking for.

Thereafter I tended to deal with Sue Mellor and in her absence George. I had read some positives reviews about Sue on face book, so I had high expectations of how she would assist me in relation to progressing the dale to completion. The progress of the completion of the sale of the flat was slow due to other parties involvement, but I have to say Sues efforts to bring things swiftly to a close were excellent; for example acting as a go-between for the solicitors, purchaser and myself, more importantly keeping me updated so that I was never in the dark. Giving me a realistic expectation in relation to when things would likely be completed. I found Sue again to be a person who knows her stuff, tells things exactly as they are, and doesn't keep the client in the dark.

George of course, also kept me up to date, retuned my calls, and his involvement was equally appreciated.

Pace delivered EXACTLY on what it aspirates to doing, an excellent, value for money service, and ultimately the sale of my property.
In a few years we will be down-sizing and I intend to use Pace solely on my positive experience with the staff who work there. The director(s) of Pace should be rightly proud that they have staff who understand the importance of high quality customer service.

We are aware of the incident that occurred. Please bear in mind that we do not own this property and so do not have full control over what happens. As we have already explained, the landlord was not able to meet the original deadline due to circumstances outside of their control. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
