I am an experienced landlord with 10 properties in Coventry. I can safely tell you to NEVER use 1st Lettings as your agent to let a property. Their service is an appalling disgrace. Every phone call or email I made to this agent was never answered or responded to until I sent an email to cancel the instruction to let the house. Even then no-one had the courtesy to call me to rectify my complaints, quite frankly they simply do not care about giving any Landlord any decent service. I did not know what was going on at any given time and simply could not get an answer to any enquiries. Steer Clear!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually do their jobs properly Arrange for a meeting when changing Landlord and any information like tenancy agreements Be professional when answering the phone Don't allow money grabbing thieves to be landlords

I Honestly felt that ‚£370 pcm for basically a box was far too much !!!!!!! Don't judge the amount of rent by where the property is but what the property is
