We have relied upon Carnegie House Lettings for the 14 years in which time we have built a portfolio of 1/2 bedroom properties in Welwyn Garden City and surrounding towns. Thus, we are able to compare their services with those Agents we use in, for example, Hertford and St Albans.

Carnegies are totally reliable because they understand the needs of both Landlords and prospective Tenants and are able, therefore, to match the two together for lasting relationships. The tenants they have found for us have always been reliable, respectful of the property they occupy, and financially trustworthy.

Managing the properties ourselves, we rely on Carnegies to identify, evaluate and reference prospective tenants. Once identified, we use Carnegies' services of Agreement writing, tenancy deposit protection, and "seeing-in / seeing out" - all of which they do faultlessly. In addition, they have a listing of service providers for gas safety, electrical repair, decoration and other occasionally-needed support.

We can thouroughly, and unreservedly, recomment Carnegie House Lettings, their staff and their services, to other Landlords.

I would just like to address your concern regarding inspections on the property. We actually carry out 3 monthly inspections on our managed properties.
