Tenant is still only paying old rent and the monthly payment S/O has still not been amended since the
effective date of 1 august 2014. Some arrears are being paid many months after the due date and the monthly statements from Pocock and Shaw contain many errors (i.e. August 15 statement shows monthly rent of £700 instead of £725 that was notified to the tenant in June 2014 without any mention of a £25 arrear for that month. On other statements a rent of £725 is shown but when the amount that is shown as being paid there is a difference of £25 with again no mention of an arrear. Mr Saunders latest response was

Agents fees are no problem if he was fulfilling all of the requirements of the contract.
