Exceptional service from Sue Day and her colleagues! We were new to the area and having particular requests - sizes of rooms, views, style of the kitchen and many more... Sue arranged for us to see the first property, which we have seen previously online. She very carefully listened what we liked and disliked about it. So many times before we felt that we haven't been heard and that our time was wasted. With Riverhomes was rather different. Sue has scheduled for us to see the next property which she believed will match our requirements. She was absolutely spot on. We immediately made an offer. Seamless experience - from viewing all the way from gathering references, negotiating details with our landlord signing the contract. Excellent knowledge of the area and riverside. Warmly recommending!
