Having used Helmores for 2 property rentals I have lived in now, I cannot rate them highly enough. Julie and Beth have gone above and beyond any service I have had before. Any problems are sorted out promptly and I have felt my family and situation are of utmost importance to them. They are caring, understanding and will do what they can to help!!!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
