Amit was very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing the property. He always returned my calls in a timely manor. He was also helpful with retrieving the information from the vendor. Additionally, he kept me updated on the progress or if there was any issue that needed to be addressed.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been more honest and responsive through the buying process. After admitting that the service in this case was poor, they could have made an effort to compensate for the terrible service.

These agents do not know how to manage property. Our property had many problems which were ignored when asked for repairs. They use handymen to do the work that professionals should do, many of the staff are rude. Useless at best....

Tenant Fees
