We first used Riverhomes (on the recommendation of another agent!) 4 yrs ago to find our current property. They were excellent then and have remained so throughout the tenancy (thank you Nicola!). Even though they weren't managing the property they provided speedy and professional responses to any issues we had at any time and we always felt they were doing their best for us. Recently, we have had cause to move and, again, have used Riverhomes to help with this. In this process Rebecca has been doing her best for us, letting us know straight away when realistically suitable properties were coming available etc and helping us now to find our new home. Staff are friendly, professional and always helpful - I strongly recommend!
