Riverhomes is well located to cater to clients who want to live in the riverside community, and they are good at matching clients to properties in the area. Sue and Alexia were both very professional in their dealings with me, and were both confident and realistic about the prospects of finding tenants for the property. They are pleasant and easy to deal with, understanding of the needs and concerns of the property owner. Once Sue had understood my preferred tenant profile, she matched my requirements perfectly. Perhaps they were initially too optimistic about the rent level for the property, area and market, but once we lowered the rent, the property rented quickly. Overall I am satisfied with the services I get from Riverhomes, and they have now rented my property for me three times.
Comment on agent fees
The fees may be slightly higher than fees charged by other agents, but my experience is that Riverhomes delivered where other agents did not.
