I had to deal with a brusque and arrogant agent whose attitude would have made a time share salesman seem friendly, caring and professional. Did not register with this agent and specifically instructed them not to send text or email messages yet still was bombarded with spam. Perhaps the company should send their 'sales executives' to visit some independent estate agents for training in customer relations. They need to understand it is better to win a customer than win an argument. No definite prices on the properties I enquired about, just a range. Buyers expect to pay bottom of range and sellers expect top figure, there can only be one winner and it wasn't either me or the seller. Will buy my property through a different agent who doesn't try to belittle me.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Could be friendly to customers, not speak down to them, listen to their needs and respond to their instructions.
