Renting:
On approaching them to rent, they were really friendly and helpful.
Once we signed the contract, it is hard to think how they could be less helpful. The house was FULL with faults, broken appliances and damp. If ever we asked for repairs, they would not reply to the requesting email for weeks, then eventually send a contractor after a significant time lapse, some even months later. The quickest they acted upon any request, was when they asked us to pay to get the issue sorted, then they would reimburse us...eventually...
On leaving the property, it took ages for them to help with the process. They deducted an extortionate amount from our deposit (£687) which included the most ridiculous of items e.g. £30 to remove an empty box (which was in the moving in inventory photographs), £120 to have windows cleaned (it was a 3 bedroom house).
It then took 2months to release what was left of the deposit!
All in all, I would rate them no stars (this review system seems to make one star compulsory, I couldn't get rid of it!)
