They have a sales negotiator, Sandra.

The seller lost an offer from me, not because of the property, but because of this bad bad bad terribly unpleasant negotiator. Very prejudiced lady, Sandra metaphorically stuffs words and sentences into your mouth. She would have decided the outcome right from the start and practically outs you, if she has decided that she doesn't want you to get a property that you are interested in.

I am fairly impressionable and yet she didn't get me to budge an inch, instead she made me decide enough was enough. I decided that I had to walk away from a property, that I liked, because I wasn't going to deal with this patronising woman.

I am fairly certain that the seller will not be selling the property, any time soon, if, bless the seller, has Sandra as the sales negotiator.

Me thinks, they need, just to give a taste of their own medicine, freshers in their team.
What agent could do to change your mind?
You have a duty to represent the prospective buyer as much as you would represent the seller. You were rude. You were obviously prejudiced. It has been a thoroughly unpleasant experience having to deal with you throughout the dealings. The vendor lost a potential buyer just because you were unbearably patronising and unpleasant and unwilling to discuss your prospective buyer's offers. You were unethical in not discussing offers and feedback to the vendor. You did nothing to instill confidence in me, as a prospective buyer. You worked very hard in chasing me away for reasons known only to yourself but I would conclude that as prejudice. You must pick up your companyjob description of sales negotiator and actually understand the spirit of the job and be a little more warm and welcoming of your clients.

Leaseholders shouldn’t have to pay for property owners corner cutting. Many flats were not built properly and now everyday people are footing the bill. Adair Paxton are billing leaseholders thousands of pounds and not holding Barratt’s responsible....
