It is not easy with all the paper work and what has to be done these days to sell a home for anyone let alone someone in their 80's .
It was my Mum selling her home and although she mainly spoke to Loren , she dealt with many others at Helmores especially when coming to show viewers around. My Mum could not have done it without them and all their help and advise , everyone was so pleasant and nothing was ever a problem .
Helmores are a very caring and friendly company . They should be proud of the service they give and provide .

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
