I would strongly advice anyone trying to rent out or renting from hunters to rethink.
I have been in contact with my ex landlord, and both are very unhappy with how the agency have dealt with sending back the deposit.
It has now been almost two months since we vacated the property, and we have not seen a sign of the deposit, although we have been promised for 2 weeks that it would be sent back. I have barely been proven any evidence for the deducted money. It takes several days for Claire Maran, who is handeling this to even get back to you for an email.
The agency provided the property with two "new" beds when we moved in. They were the worst beds I've ever slept on, and now they are asking us for a ridiculous amount of money, when the bed was still in perfect shape the last night I slept on it.
This has been poorly handled and I would not recommend this to anyone.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Give back all deductions that they can't provide evidence for and listen to complaints.Attached Filesnbsp;
