I rented with a flat in Stevenage through Acorn. With the exception of the inside of the oven being filthy I had no other issues moving in to this property.
During my stay in the property Acorn always reacted slowly to dealing with issues and blamed that the landlord was difficult to get hold of, at the time I wasn't sure if this was them or the landlord. But when the property was reposessed it became evident that the issue was with the landlord.
Acorn were very helpful in helping us when this happened and gave us no issues when returning out deposit.
