I used Taylor Cole for the sale of my property, this property was out of my area and as a result I needed an agent that could perform all viewings and also to assist me in arranging for tradespeople for any remedial work.
Taylor Cole provided me with an excellent service, from the very outset the valuation was extremely knowledgeable and accurate, taking the property to market was seemless with excellent photography, the communication through the viewings process was excellent and also the negotiations on my behalf through the offer process was of the highest standard and I always felt that Taylor Cole had my interests as their focus.
The conveyancing process for my property was challenging and Taylor Corle and specificly Jonathan Cole conducted himself excellently through this, always communicating through the chain and letting me know where the process had got to.
I would reccomend Taylor Cole to anyone looking to sell a property anywhere in the Tamworth area, an absolutely excellent local estate agents with a real personal touch. They are also a letting agent and as a result they have a wide variety of tradespeople on speed dial, everything from double-glazing doctors to man-with-van to haul away your garage pile. Very very handy to have these guys on your side when you are selling a property.

Comment on agent fees
Fees were very reasonable for the service given, excellent value for money. I paid ‚£1800 (inc of VAT) and that in my opinion was an absolute bargain for the service given.
