This agency are unbelievably rude, unprofessional and disorganised. I've been a landlord for 8 years and have never experienced such terrible service.
When you walk into the office it is incredibly drab and the staff greet you in an utterly disinterested manner. The valuation they gave on the property significantly under-rated the actual value it achieved and they self-presentation of how they intended to market the property was so lack lustre.
Having used them previously and found them utterly frustrating, I decided not to renew when they refused to put in writing until I called and emailed repeatedly that they would take my ex husband off the information they held on the property since he was no longer the owner.
I then contacted them about a deposit return having secured new tenants elsewhere, and they sent an email confirming they'd sent the deposit to my ex husbands account, and a statement to his home address!!
Having urgently contacted them about this I then got another round of passive aggressive customer non-service as though I had no right to be concerned about this, both on the phone and email.
I have never written a negative online review before as I have worked in customer service roles and know that mistakes can happen, but the whole culture here just appalled me.

would be very interested if you have the same high regard once you finished your tenancy agreement. I have been with them for 5 years.The once left us without water and another time without electricity because there trades people don't do weekend call outs. Having a young baby and infant was very stressful. now we are in dispute over the bond.spent 3 days cleaning the place. they claim £75 for cleaning what we missed. one item was under the kitchen sink.....a small water marks....come on !! ...
