Haslams were the sellers agent. We dealt mainly with Steve Woodford, the MD, who was very pleasant and through his discussions with the seller allowed us time to develop the purchase (I was sellng two properties in parallel). Steve kept us informed on a regular basis of any developments and helped us forge a good relationship with the seller through to completion and beyond.
We also considered Haslams for sale of one of our properties but we felt their valuation of the property was on the low side, and this was manifested when we secured a higher price than had been suggested.
So we did not engage Haslams directly but dealt with them over a three month period and found them to be professional and responsive.
