Jan was helpful, positive, communicative and pro-active throughout the entire process. She was thoughtful, resolved matters swiftly and effectively and has a very open, pleasant personality. She is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend her, and Country Properties, to any prospective property buyer. It was a pleasure working with her - so much so that I am using her for a second property purchase.
