My partner and I bought our first house through Ryder and Dutton. We went through the Chadderton Branch, it was for sale through the Oldham branch but we were in regular contact with Ann Beech from the Mortgage Advice Bureau (Middleton Branch) mainly. Although we were satisfied with the overall, general service provided by Ryder and Dutton throughout the branches we dealt with, this is more of a praising review for the Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) staff as I feel they may end up overlooked. We dealt with several members of the MAB but one that we feel went above and beyond was Ann Beech. From the day she took over our 'file' we could not fault her. She chased everything up very quickly, was very thorough, down to earth and easy to approach (we always communicated via email and phone). As first time buyers, we didn't have a clue what we were looking for, what needed to be done and it was very daunting. She explained everything in detail and dealt with everything she possibly could that it was such a huge weight off our minds. We really cannot commend her enough. Ann really is an asset to the team. Thank you for EVERYTHING, you made buying a house for the first time much more bearable than it undoubtedly would have been!
