We are so glad that we chose Libra Sales & Lettings on the sale of our home. The team at Libra worked really hard and were efficient and courteous at all times, resulting in the successful sale of our house. Andrew Bull, Branch Manager spent quality time with us advising us on the best procedures to follow in selling our house, as well as advising us on the correct price. He also gave us some very sound advice, which we were very thankful for. They worked tirelessly in showing the many potential buyers round, and we were kept informed regularly by by phone and email at every level of the transaction. Can we say that as a company we take all reviews seriously and as such we can now say that the member of staff mentioned above is no longer employed by this company. Anything done or said by that individual is not in any way a reflection of this company merely a reflection of himself. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
