Having dealt with Richard on the purchase of the property I had no qualms about asking him to deal with the sale. Very friendly and professional in the marketing and getting a sale, and assisted greatly in dealing with things when a problem arose. Would (and have) recommend him (and the friendly & helpful team at Bexhill) to others.
Comment on agent fees
Not the cheapest (should perhaps have negotiated more !!), but an excellent service (from experience since of other agents used to purchase new property you get what you pay for !)
