We arranged to view a property with them at 10.45am, that time being arranged as we were viewing other properties before that, they left a message on our house phone at 10.02am to say we could no longer view it. Poor customer service. wasted our time would have thought if they wanted our custom in future they could have called first thing or met us out of courtesy!!!!

I apologise for the delayed response and also that you were dis-satisfied with our service. Please be assured that we aim to meet all our customers needs, but unfortunately in this instance we were unable to carry out the viewing as an application had been received prior to the viewing and in the interests of fairness, all our property applications are based on a first-come first-served basis. Unfortunately the application would of come in on the morning of your viewing and the time we contacted you would of been our earliest opportunity to do so. Kind Regards
