Our customers are now aware of the availability of this site, and are willingly posting their own legitimate comments thus enabling a fair and balanced view point. If any complainant has a legitimate issue then it should be sent via the official channels at which juncture the facts from both sides are justly reviewed by either ARMA OR ARLA.
In Lettings any Tenant who disagrees with the findings of the independent inventory clerk, can use the services of the arbitrator. Agents operate upon instructions ( within legal confines ) from either the landlord or the residents committee.

Let's just look at this a bit more closely. Until the four positive posts John Mortimer had failed to respond to any reviews indicating they were not aware of the site. Four positive reviews are posted in the space of a week and then a representative from John Mortimer is available to respond to the comments.

I won't be responding further to these comments - They speak for themselves.
