As a first time buyer I had no prior knowledge of purchasing a house or what was entailed. I viewed the property first with Jade then twice more with David. I loved the house, as it was a repossession there was no prior knowledge if the history if the house, whether anything worked or what the neighbours/area was like. This didn't have a bearing on my wanting to purchase the house. I started the bidding process with Jade and my final winning bid was accepted by Geraldine who continued with the sale from this point. I found Jade helpful and polite, same with David.
Geraldine dealt with my purchase in a professional and friendly manner. My solicitor was delayed in some areas and Geraldine advised me we needed to exchange that day which I had no control over as I'm not a solicitor but we eventually got there and my sale was agreed and completed in 8 weeks. I collected the keys and Jade was friendly and polite again.
During the process Geraldine offered help and support and I am very please with my purchase.
I would recommend Ryder and Dutton as well as David, Jade and Geraldine. I am sure the rest of the Ashton branch staff are just as helpful.

Hello Jo-Anne I was very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service, bearing in mind that we managed to get you a mortgage which suited all of your requirements. Unfortunately, when applying for a remortgage, we can only ever estimate the amount of money you will need to clear or "redeem" the existing mortgage, as the balance on your account changes every day. Therefore we can never provide exact costs until the Solicitor obtains your closing (redemption) balance. Nevertheles ...
