We had taken over the tenancy of the property in Camberley but the landlord had failed to undertake work promised before the start of the tenancy. In addition the day after the tenancy commenced there was a major blockage in the plumbing resulting in water pouring through the living room ceiling and the ceiling falling down. All the staff at James Griffin were helpful and the end result was them refunding all the money we had paid without quibbling or making a bad situation worse. Thank you to them all. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Really bad agent, never get rent paid on time, and maintenance issues always cost the earth. Cant wait to change to another agent to be honest. Shame cause when we first used them they were good....

The agent did everything they could to end our tenancy early, and ensured we recovered as much of our deposit as possible. Carla in particular was outstanding and was always available when needed. Unfortunately same cant be said for all the staff. Thank you again ...

Dear Prasad Apologies if you feel your overall experience with James Griffin Lettings is pathetic, you called the office asking if the landlord or ourselves would pay your electricity bill because you felt it was too high. We have responded always efficiently to any maintenance requests you have reported however it is the responsibility of the tenant to pay the rent and utility bills at the property. We only stated that if you were finding it too expensive to stay at the property you were welc ...
