A very generic response from Greenhaven, unfortunately the very detailed documents did not state anything about the mould and the leaks within the property. It also had no pictures and tick boxes which is laughable to a now experienced Tenant.
It is very bad business to focus on gaining as much money from Good Tenants who look after a property and make payments on time. Not once did Greenhaven have any problems with myself during my tenancy.
I am very thankful to have left this property both my child and my own health have significantly improved significantly and its brilliant to have picture documentation with detailed descriptions from my new estate agents from the start to the finish.

There is a reason why Greenhaven only has one office, with three members of staff and only small contracts! Theyll never get a penny of mine again :-)

To clarify, Greenhaven Property Management do not make any money from the deposit/final inspection. Any dispute can be referred to the designated Tenancy Deposit Scheme where an independent adjudicator will make a decision on the case. Greenhaven liaise with our landlords and tenants after the final inspection has been carried out and quotations are obtained within the guidelines of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Greenhaven Property Management complete a detailed inventory at the start of the tenancy, which is signed for by the tenant. We use this inventory against the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy. We do advise our tenants during property inspections to use certain cleaning products if we feel that the occupiers are not maintaining the property as we would expect.
