Amazed to see this company is still trading. They were, incompetent, dishonest and broke every promise they made. They did not comply with a single one of my instructions, failed to notify me of visits, could not operate the simple burglar alarm and made totally inappropriate offers to a firm buyer without consulting me first, which lost the sale. Their negotiation skills were non-existent. When I complained the manager of the chain was incredibly rude and cancelled the contract, for which I was eternally grateful, but refused to return the key! This is a bad bad company even for an estate agent - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. The house sold less than 2 weeks later for a much higher price with another agent.
