I let my flat from Belvoir in 2013 and they have been great throughout. I would like to say a particular thank you to Charlie Roger who was of particular assistance to me. I would recommend Belvoir to anyone looking to rent residential accommodation in Birmingham.

The fees seem to be much the same between agents, but I felt Belvoir worked hard for the fee, and were well worth the money for the service provided

Good experience over several years.
Belvoir Erdington have been managing our property since 2008. Throughout this time we have had no issues with them whatsoever. From our perspective, the change of management a few years ago was also seamless.
