Very poor. Left with hundreds of pounds worth of damages because the clerk didn't discover the large iron burn mark on the carpet or the broken boiler door. Owner Georgina Perez did nothing to compensate.

Read the terms and conditions before going with Thames Inventories or better still go with a better company that takes ownership for their mistakes. Very poor indeed.

The iron mark which was under the sofa was reported to the letting agent 12 months ago. They failed to inform the landlord, who Thames Inventores had no direct contact with. The boiler was not touched as Thames Inventories are not a regulated gas engineer, we are inventory clerks. Our terms of business which outline the services that we provide clearly states that we do not lift or more heavy items of furniture. This landlord has signed as understanding these terms every year for the past 3 years. Thames Inventories offered no compensation as we followed our guidelines and did by breach our terms.
