* Carla goes out of her way to avoid telephone calls, never returns messages and couldn't manage her way out of a paper bag. You need to visit the office to get them to do anything. Payments are always late for no obvious reason. I am currently trying to switch to a more professional company and they are making life particularly difficult. My advice, avoid like the plague.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Never ever use them, they lie, they even put a drug dealer in one of my properties.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I have read all of the reviews and noted was the recommendations were,as things clearly have not improved it pointless in advising anything cause Goodchilds don't appear to have taken any steps to even begin to address the problem.
