I have bought, sold and rented properties for many many years. I can honestly say, and my husband concurs, that Stephen French ranks as number one for communication skills. He is very pleasant, informative and easy to talk to. He responded to any queries, during the letting process, without any delay and was incredibly helpful. We were amazed how quickly answers were forthcoming, even on a Saturday!
Bradleys appears to be an incredibly efficient and effective company. No doubt Stephen French is responsible for his part of the Sidmouth office performing to a very, very high standard.
We would, by preference, in the event we ever move again, use this agency and hopefully Stephen too.
