1let were recommended to us by friends who were themselves landlords last summer when we were looking into buying a flat. We ended up making the purchase (and Ewan was even helpful in helping us sort out our offer strategy), and we then turned to 1let to help us manage the property. They did an excellent job with coordinating repairs and maintenance, advertising, and finding a good tenant, and keeping up with things once the tenant was in place. Since we live very far away, this gave us great peace of mind. We have been very pleased with 1let's services, and plan to continue to use them.
