Absolutely useless. 'Managed' my letting but were incapable of finding a contractor to box in a boiler. Also had 2 months notice that my tenant was leaving and only advertised it a couple of days before she moved out. Didn't even put it on Rightmove, just Zoopla and Gumtree! Clearly trying to save money and said that the 'market was quiet'! Avoid at all costs!
