FEES TO LANDLORDS
(All fees to landlords are inclusive of VAT)
LET ONLY: 12% Let only service will include marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, organising reference checks on all prospective tenants, agreeing tenancy terms and finalising the tenancy agreement.
RENT COLLECTION: 14% In addition to the service above we will collect the rent on your behalf, transfer into your bank account, pursue non-payment of rent and prepare a monthly rent statement.
FULL MANAGEMENT: 18% In addition to both the above services we will deal directly with the tenant with regard to any maintenance issues, organise an inventory for the property, arrange for repairs and quotes (if necessary), carry out routine property inspections, inform and update utility companies and Council of any change of tenants, code and hold keys for the term of our management.
DEPOSIT PROTECTION: £24 An additional charge to protect the tenants deposit on behalf of the Landlord via 'TDS' Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Tenancy setup fees at the beginning of any new tenancy to include preparation and supply of Tenancy Agreement for whole dwelling: £60
Inventory check-out fee on behalf of the Landlord: £60
