It was Matthew Pulford's first day as Lettings Manager of the Camberley Branch yet he showed us two properties with great confidence and assurance despite the landlord of one having been economical with the description of his less than welcoming property. The overall Roman's service was exemplary and very thorough and professional. There were some isssues with an over-zealous credit checking agency but Matthew intervened decisively and effectively and the agence agreed to review their procedures. Overall, I rate Romans highly and as the owner of a let property myself, would be pleased were they able to manage my property. Unreservedly recommended.
