Gavin Kerruish of MTM Property (my agent) has managed to deliver an outstanding service, and always with a friendly smile. Upon matters that needs to be dealt, such as furniture fix or any sort of upgrade, he gets it done, and gets it done fast. Although not every e-mail gets its reply, and not every situations are flexible, Gavin always finds time to ask how are our living conditions from time to time, and ask how could they improve their services. He shows great care to his clients and always try to make time for his clients (which is understandably very difficult since he probably has many clients)
It wasn't Gavin alone, but as well as his colleagues. Incidents which requires immediate attention while he was away was very well taken care of --within 30 minutes after calling about the urgent situation, a knock was heard from my door from a man who came to fix it. Also, when I went into the office seeking for help upon another issue regarding letting properties on behalf of my friend for advice, they were very happy to give me advice, although the issue was regarding very poor treatment from another letting agent
Currently, me and my friends decided to stick with MTM and the current property, for we believe that MTM property provided us a service that greatly surpasses many of their rivals such as Cambridge Residential (based on very poor personal and experiences of fellow university students). MTM Property has shown reliable and quality service throughout the 1 year of my stay and I hope they continue this throughout the foreseeable future.
