We used Express Estate Agency in May this year to purchase our first property. Following my first contact with the company, I was called back within the day by James to arrange a viewing. The next day after viewing the property, James called to gauge our interest. Of the 2 other estate agents we arranged viewings through in the area, neither called the following day to ask our thoughts. Throughout the negotiation process James was professional, always returned calls promptly, and was contactable at both weekends and early evenings.

Once an offer was accepted, our case was then dealt with by Melissa and Jenna. Both kept us regularly informed with progress, assisted efficiently with the re-negotiation of sale price post survey, and even kept the pressure on the solicitors to ensure the sale completed in good time!

This is definitely a firm I would be happy to use again in the future
