Tenants, please avoid Andrews at all costs. We are currently taking our complaint to the ombudsman. They failed to notify us that they'd changed their tenancy deposit scheme 6 months ago, despite being required to do so in 14 days. They allowed the landlord to evict us from the property by misusing a break clause, and we are now in a deposit dispute caused by the fact that they failed to properly complete the check out report. We have have also been waiting 6 weeks for the return of the undisputed amount of our deposit (almost £1000) which should have been returned to us immediately, and they have lied about why this was not promptly returned. They have been extremely rude and even deceitful at every juncture and cannot even manage to spell check their emails and letters, consistantly misspelling our names. Absolutely appalling service.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing. I hope to never have to use an estate agent again.
