having dealt with Robin and his team on a number of occasions over the last 25 years i had no hesitation in choosing them to sell my rented property and i was not dissapointed. Sale agreed within 3 days for a good price and any problems dealt with swiftly by Cathy even on weekends and out of office hours. Another reason for choosing Robin to value the property is that he will give you a realistic selling price and not inflate it to secure your business. Thank you for your efforts.
