Between the lawyers and the Sue at River Homes, my sale progressed at a speed that couldn't be beaten given my property was tenanted and needed to be vacated before I could complete. Sue was very helpful in dealing with potential problems and was always in good contact with me and the purchaser. I'd recommend RiverHomes as a selling agent and vendors should take comfort in knowing that reasoned and experienced advise is always readily available - don't be afraid to ask!
