Regarding the 'bedroom' that has been described. It is a loft room that does not confirm to building regulations. It would be against legal agency practice to market it as a bedroom.
Regarding the address, Rightmove are responsible for making sure that the maps are accurate. It was pointed out to them that the road was a different road with the same name and they swiftly ammended it.
Regarding these 'low offers' that are being referred to, the offer was close to the orginial asking price and substantially higher than the current asking price. The offer in question was originally refused becuase it was an early offer and was turned down in the hope of recieving a higher offer. This applicant had a strong desire to purchase a property on that road and was willing to pay a premium. Therefore we strongly advised the vendors that it would be a in their best interest to accept. We had the vendor's interests in mind.
Regarding the final point, the buyers in question asked some questions in their mother tongue and wanted to understand the answers. We have the advantage of having staff who are multi-lingual.
