Ace estates approached me via an advert and quickly rented my flat for me although the tennats were nothing but trouble and then decided to stop paying the rent and changed the locks. Ace said thay felt guilty and would offer free replacements as long as I let them manage the property and let them evict the tennats. Total cost

Agree with the other reviews. Ace are cowboys at best, con artist at worst. They refuse to give copies of contracts despite repeated calls and even on a personal visit. Very very dodgy... stay away....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
