Upon the decision to sell our property we engaged 3 independent local estate agents to value our home. From the moment the Walker Singleton valuer, Steve, arrived on the doorstep I became aware the company was interested in selling my property on our behalf. Steve was quick and efficient, unlike the other valuers he didn't try to sell me the Walker Singleton company, by giving me the full history and details of the UK company portfolio. Steve even advised if he noticed anything which needed attention in the property, he would point it out, luckily everything was fine.
The property launched on the market 8th April and was sold subject to contract for an acceptable offer in eight days, quite an achievement.
Once the sale was in motion the Halifax office staff progressed the sale to exchange of contracts today, for completion Friday this week. I have to say Jacqui provided an excellent service, her professionalism and customer service was superb, not to leave anyone out, when Jacqui was unavailable her colleagues also delivered a great service.
Everything has almost been like clockwork, a better service you will struggle to find.
Thank you Walker Singleton, you certainly don't fall in to the category of estate agents so often ridiculed today.

Walker singleton proved to be the cheaper of the three valuers we engaged, and couldnt have provided a more reliable, efficient, value for money service.
