Excellent service, were quick to get everything done and I found there fees to be quite cheep in comparison to other agents I've used in the past. I would fully recommend them over any other agent in Derby

An inventory is for everyones protection, its protecting your deposit! However, the landlord usually pays towards this and you should have been aware of this cost prior to taking the property. The £500 you pay is for the rent, and I am sure the £800 you paid is for the deposit, the Agent takes a very small percentage of this money, around £50.00 so its pretty irrelevant what car he drives, if he works hard who are you to critisize him? Yes there are a lot of checks which need carrying o ...
