Goldin Lemcke were very helpful when I was looking to buy my first buy-to-let property. With the market being quite active lately other agents in the Brighton and Hove area always seemed to be too busy to show properties, or were doing only multiple viewings, especially on weekends. However I was able to view the property I was interested in on the day it came on the market, and subsequently completed the purchase within a reasonable time-frame. All queries were dealt with speedily and efficiently, and today I completed the purchase and collected the keys. Thank you Ebba and Simon for all your help!
