I had a number of issues with Ludlow Thompson and spoke to a number of different personnel in their credit control department before speaking to Hannah Davies. Hannah instantly listened to my issue and thought hard about how to solve the issue. Having looked into this further, she was able to deliver a solution to the problem without causing me further distress. Attentive and approachable, Hannah seemed keen and always willing to help. Having spoken to 3 other members of staff at the same company, and not having had any adequate response or progression in my issue for over a month, Hannah took down the details and resolved the issue in a matter of days without fuss. Certainly an asset to a team that I had been losing patience in dealing with.
