aving been renting property in Edinburgh for five years, I can honestly say that I have found my experience with 1LET to be great. I've been renting from them for the past year and they have been the best letting agency I have dealt with by far. 1Let are professional, courteous and prompt to reply to emails/queries. Any issues I have had, such as plumbing emergencies, have been resolved quickly. The only issue my flatmates and I have had was when we moved in the flat wasn't as clean as we'd expect. However upon communicating our concerns 1LET were very apologetic and a cleaner was arranged to sort it out. I would definitely rent with 1LET again.
